Benedicta

Mi conversación con Benedicta fue increíblemente rápida. Tuve que luchar para que mi cámara estuviera lista para tomar su foto antes de que ella y su esposo se fueran. Cuando un grupo de amigos y yo fuimos a A Coruña a pasar un fin de semana, las primeras personas que conocimos allí fueron nuestros anfitriones de AirBnb. Mientras su esposo ayudaba a instalar a mis amigos, Benedicta me mostró la cocina, donde conversamos de corazón a corazón sobre todas las cosas que extrañábamos de vivir fuera de COVID. Instantáneamente sentí que era un buen amigo.

My conversation with Benedicta was incredibly quick.  I had to scramble to get my camera ready to snap her shot before she and her husband left.  When a group of friends and I went to A Coruña for a weekend, the first people that we met there were our AirBnb hosts.  As her husband helped settle my friends in, Benedicta showed me the kitchen, where we had a heart-to-heart about all the things we missed about living outside of COVID.  I instantly felt like I made a good friend.

Needless to say, it was beautiful there..
